Bevcomm Streaming TV is a modern in-home streaming TV service delivered through an internet connection. It gives customers live TV and channel packages with a streaming-style experience instead of traditional TV equipment. 

Usually yes—if it’s a smart TV or you use a streaming device. The remote experience depends on the device used. 

Yes, we support mobile viewing through the Bevcomm Streaming TV app that can be downloaded through your Google or iOS store.  

Yes—cloud DVR lets you record without a box and is included free with Streaming TV. 

General guidance: 

  • 3-5 streams: 500 Mbps – 1 Gig
  • Up to 3 streams: 100 – 500 Mbps depending on HD/4K

Not exactly—this is live TV delivered via streaming. You can still use Netflix too.

Yes. Streaming TV works best when paired with reliable high-speed internet. 

Yes, depending on the package and how many streams are allowed at once. Our packages allow options for up to 5 streams at a time, but you can install the app on up to 20 devices.

If someone has buffering issues, it’s often Wi-Fi—not the service. Suggest practical fixes: better router placement, mesh units, wired connection for the main TV, or Wi-Fi Plus if the customer doesn’t already subscribe.

Typically:

  • A strong internet connection
  • A supported streaming device (or set-top box, optional 5045)
  • A home Wi-Fi setup that can handle streaming
  • NOTE: Bevcomm Streaming TV will work on other devices, but we can’t control the experience, this is why we put together a supported device list. The customer can use whatever works for them, but we will support what is on our list.

Yes, local channels are included just like they are today.  

Streaming uses data—especially in HD/4K, but don’t worry, our broadband is unlimited!

No, contracts are not necessary.
