Community Pride: Local Student Receives MTA Foundation Scholarship

Blue Earth, MN — Big congratulations are in order for a standout student from our community!

The Minnesota Telecom Alliance (MTA) recently reviewed an impressive 126 scholarship applications from students across the state. Among the talented applicants, one local student rose to the top.

Devin Haase of Blue Earth Area High School has been awarded a $1,000 Network and Plant Operations IT Scholarship through the MTA Foundation in partnership with the Network and Plant Managers Operations Peer Group.

The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate potential in technology-related fields and encourages the next generation of innovators, problem-solvers, and industry leaders.

“It’s especially rewarding to see students from our local communities recognized at the state level,” said Jake Anderson, Bevcomm CEO. “These scholarships are an investment in the future of our communities.”

At Bevcomm, we believe strong communities are built by supporting local talent and creating opportunities for young people to pursue their goals. Seeing students like Devin earn recognition among applicants from across Minnesota is something we are proud to celebrate.

The MTA Foundation is part of the Minnesota Telecom Alliance, an organization representing more than 40 telecommunications companies and cooperatives throughout Minnesota. Through programs like this scholarship, the Alliance helps encourage educational growth and career development in technology and telecommunications fields.

Congratulations again to Devin on this well-deserved achievement. We look forward to seeing all that the future holds!
